Angels in Blue - This site offers a stalking tutorial, which is the result of a joint project of the member groups of the Ribbons of Hope Campaign and the Knights of Kindness.

CyberAngels - This large safety Internet organization offers educational programs and support groups for victims of stalking and harassment over the Internet (cyberstalking). Cyberangels, a program of guardian angels, also presents tips on documenting and reporting cyberstalking.

End Stalking in America - Information website on the stalking phenomenon.

Feel Safe Again, Inc. -An outstanding website for victims of stalking. The site is professionally maintained by a relative of Sandra Berfield who was murdered by a stalker on January 20, 2000 in Everett, Massachusetts.

Flayme.com - This site is a work in progress; the information is offered in good faith to people who have had, or are having, problems with an Internet stalker. But much of the information is untested, based on personal experience, theory and best guess - it is not guaranteed to help, and may not be appropriate to your own situation. The intention is to help you think about the issues, and then you must decide how - if at all - you can use the advice given here.

i-SAFE Inc. - Founded in 1998 and endorsed by the U.S. Congress, i-SAFE is a non-profit foundation dedicated to protecting the online experiences of youth everywhere. i-SAFE incorporates classroom curriculum with dynamic community outreach to empower students, teachers, parents, law enforcement, and concerned adults to make the Internet a safer place.

National Center for Victims of Crime - NCVC offers advocacy, victim services, referrals, and a virtual library. Its Web site provides articles, definitions on victim issues, and other resources.

USA Cops - Click on the US map to locate law enforcement agencies.

WHOA - is a volunteer organization founded in 1997 to fight online harassment through education of the general public, education of law enforcement personnel, and empowerment of victims. Their volunteers work with people currently experiencing online harassment.

WiredSafety - This online help organization is run by trained law enforcement officers and civilian volunteers. The Web site features information on cybercrime, safety, security, discussion forums, and content customized for kids and teens.

Women's Resource Center - WRC is an organization of Southern Oregon University that demonstrates a commitment to SOU women in all walks of life through the development of ongoing programming that affects and addresses those varying needs. The page dedicated to stalking should be a model for all colleges and universities.
